The Bohs kicked off their 2015 season with a resounding 5-0 win over Westchester Flames at City Park in New Rochelle.
The new-look Baltimore side held most of the possession in the first half, before Sam Wancowicz slotted home a Ben Ramin pass in the 28th minute to give the Bohs the lead, which they would take into halftime.
As the clouds opened and rain began to pour at the start of the second half, the Baltimore boys quickly found their footing. Ramin tallied another assist five mintues into the half as he set up Shawn Geary, who would put the Bohs ahead 2-0. Six minutes later, Geary would pay it forward, blazing down the sideline to assist Tommy Quaranta in the 56th minute.
UMBC man Malcolm Harris put the Bohs up by four in the 78th minute after some attractive back and forth with John Jlopleh. Harris would find the net again in the dying moments of the match, as Andrew Smith found him in the 89th minute at the top of the box, sealing the Bohs' 5-0 victory.
Baltimore's next match is the club's home opener at the newly remodeled Bonvegna Field in Canton on Saturday May 23 against Reading United.
